Get to know us
Teens for Youth (T4Y) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising community awareness, fundraising money, and providing support to children diagnosed with rare and undiagnosed diseases. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of these children and their families. Our organization is driven by the passion to create a better future for the youth in need. Join us in our mission to bring hope and healing to these brave children.
Our mission
We're on a mission to change the way the housing market works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect properties that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.
Our vision
We want to live in a world where people can buy homes that match their needs rather than having to find a compromise and settle on the second-best option. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our clients from the moment they reach out to us and ask for our help.
Our team
Our strength lies in our individuality. Set up by Esther Bryce, the team strives to bring in the best talent in various fields, from architecture to interior design and sales.

Connor Johnson
At Minnetonka High School, I proudly represent my team as a varsity soccer player, where I channel my passion for the sport into every game we play. Speaking Spanish allows me to connect with a diverse range of people, enhancing my ability to communicate and foster teamwork both on and off the field. Beyond athletics, I have dedicated my time to serving in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s leadership program, where I learned the value of resilience and compassion. I strive to bring energy, grit, and heart into everything I do, whether dribbling down the soccer pitch or working to make a positive impact in my community. My experiences have shaped who I am and inspire me to continue pushing my limits while uplifting those around me.

Carter Klein
Hi, I’m Carter Klein! Staying active is a big part of my life; I enjoy lifting weights, running, and embracing the challenges of Nordic skiing. Each of these activities not only keeps me physically fit but also allows me to connect with nature and push my limits. Beyond my personal interests, I am deeply passionate about my involvement in the church and the local community. Whether it's volunteering for community events or participating in church activities, I find fulfillment in giving back and building relationships with others. Engaging in these activities enriches my life and strengthens my commitment to making a positive impact in the world around me.

Omera
As a dedicated and enthusiastic student, I am actively engaged in a variety of extracurricular activities that reflect my passion for both the arts and sciences. My involvement in robotics allows me to explore innovative technologies and problem-solving strategies, while my participation in choir and show choir nurtures my love for music and performance. Additionally, being part of the marching band has taught me the importance of teamwork and discipline. Through DECA, I am refining my business skills, and my volunteer work focused on introducing kids to STEM showcases my commitment to empowering the next generation. I believe that by encouraging young minds in these fields, I can help them learn, grow, and thrive, ultimately shaping a brighter future for us all.

Ethan Mcintosh
Hi, my name is Ethan, and I'm an enthusiastic member of the Jefferson football and track programs. I find great joy in staying active through exercise, whether it’s on the field or during practice. When I'm not training or competing, I love to spend quality time with my friends, enjoying our shared interests and creating memories together. One of my favorite pastimes is playing guitar, which allows me to express myself and unwind after a busy day. Balancing sports, friendships, and music keeps my life exciting and fulfilling, and I'm always looking for new ways to challenge myself and grow in all these areas.
